THE COOK-OFF

The Sixth Annual Lowcountry Boiled Peanut Cook-Off is going to be bigger and better than ever before!

This year there will be three Peanut categories Traditional and Creative, Best Overall, and back by popular demand, Crowd Favorite.

If boiling the peanuts is not your thing, there will be boiled peanut eating competition. We will do this contest as demanded.

Community members, restaurants, bakeries, home cooks, and artisan boilers - everyone is welcome to enter so throw your hats in the ring and see what happens!

3 DAYS FILLED WITH FUN
The Bluffton Boiled Peanut Festival has evolved from a one day event to a weekend filled with activities for the whole family to participate in. Start off Thursday with the official "Cracking of the Nut" at the Bluffton's Farmers Market, where the Founder of the Boiled Peanut Festival Jared Jester will start the festival off with a "Crack".

Friday night is a night for the grown ups with our 3rd Annual Peanut Pub Crawl through Old Town Bluffton.

Then bring the whole family down Saturday for a day filled with tons of peanut fun. Some festival activities will include:

KIDS ZONE
That's right! This year, we are going to have an entire zone dedicated to making sure kids have a BLAST at the Boiled Peanut Festival!

Think you can eat more peanuts faster than your neighbor? Have at it! A prize will be awarded to the winner.

Ms. Peanut and Little Goober Competition

We are excited to present the Ms. Peanut & Little Goober Contest! This event is for children ages 18mos. to 4 years old. There will be a boys and a girls winner. We are looking for the cutest little peanuts and goobers to enter! This is going to be a fun event for children and parents alike.
