| Description: | From 14th Annual Strawberry Festival Website: We would like to invite you to join for the 14th annual Strawberry Festival in Slater on Saturday May 7th, 2016 from 11 am to 4pm. The festival is held as a fund-raising event for Foothills Family Resources, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the residents Northern Greenville County.
The details are as always: public admission to the festival and parking are free. In addition to the usual musical entertainment, food stalls and art/crafts booths, we plan other fun activities, including the ever-popular free children's art space, throughout the day. We have a spacious lawn with some shady areas located on the site of the historic Slater Hall Community Center. The center is located at 5 Whitney St, Slater, SC 29683 ( Some GPS systems my list MArietta as the city) There is nearby street parking. The ground is uneven in some plaaces.
