| Description: | From Annual Fall Harvest Festival Website: The Town of Pendleton will sponsor the festival this year with the assistance of the Leadership Pendleton Foundation. The Fall Harvest Festival will run from 10 AM to 5 PM and feature quality crafts, entertainment, food vendors, old-fashioned children's games and fine family fun. Over 80 vendors will be on site with a wide variety of crafts, art and food. This event will include the third Scarecrow Contest.
