****Please read before registering:

Event Guidelines

1. Upon arrival for set-up, please check in at the Vendor check-in table to ensure booth space assignment.

2. Cancellation policy: If thirty days notice is given prior to event that cancellation is necessary and unavoidable, a $100 refund will be issued. Any other cancellation will result in no refund, although Inspired Productions is happy to apply a $100 credit towards a future show or event. Any no show will result in no refund/no credit.

3. All vendors are expected to have booth display open and running throughout the entire event. There will be no late arrivals or early breakdowns. Early breakdown will result in omission from any future events. If this does not work for your schedule, please contact Christina to make other arrangements.

4. All booth displays should be paid in full preceding the event. No monies will be collected at the event.

5. No pets/animals of any kind are allowed on premises unless otherwise announced.

6.All vendors are expected to leave booth space in same condition as it is found. Please ensure that all literature, flyers, litter, etc are picked up and taken with you or disposed of. Please fold chairs and breakdown table and return to center court or vendor check-in table. If you are unable to do this, please let us know and we will be happy to assist. IF you fail to return table and chairs to center court or vendor check-in table after event, a $10 surcharge will be applied to your account. If you are women, please come see event manager to make other arrangements.

7. If you requested electric, please ensure you bring an extension cord that can be used in a safe and efficient manner, especially something to hold it in place to prevent tripping. This might be duct tape or one of those fancy cover up for cords, whatever keeps the area safe in all aspects.
