| Description: | The Charleston Area Food Expo is a two-day food and hospitality event. C.A.F.E. will feature over 65 exhibitors, not limited to Restaurants & Caterers, Chefs & Culinary Gurus, Specialty & Gourmet Foods, Event Planners & Rentals, Food and Wine Distributors, Hotels, Cookbook Authors, Artists and more. Saturday will feature a marketplace of all things lowcountry for sale and sampling. Highlighted events include, an ice carving competition, shrimp and grits eating contest, presentations on the importance of supporting local businesses and an attendess happy hour. Sunday will close the event with live music, oysters, catered food, and cash bar.
