The Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia is a local professional association comprised of small-, moderate-, and large-volume residential home builders, multifamily and commercial builders, and remodeling contractors.

Associate members represent a broad spectrum of professionals supporting the building industry in its many facets. They include subcontractors, retail and wholesale suppliers, architects, engineers, mortgage lenders, realtors and many other professionals.

These Builder and Associate Members have been working together in the HBA of Greater Columbia since 1958 to make the American dream of home ownership a reality for Columbia residents.

The Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia (HBAGC) presents the 44th Annual Carolina Classic Home & Garden Show at the SC State Fairgrounds Friday, March 12 through Sunday, March 14, 2010.
The Carolina Classic Home & Garden Show is the largest home and garden exhibition in the Midlands and will feature displays in all of the buildings at the state fairgrounds. Over 300 construction, home improvement, and outdoor products exhibits fill the Americraft Cantey, Ellison, Moore, Ruff and Hampton Buildings, and outdoor areas.
A number of educational seminars are offered daily by exhibitors on a variety of topics like home building, home buying, remodeling, gardening and green remodeling and building. Seminars are free to attend with admission to the show.
In addition to the many tried-and-true products and services presented at the show each year, many exhibitors will display new items at the show. See what new and exciting products are available in 2010 at the Home & Garden Show. Also, green products and services will be spotlighted throughout the event. If thatâs not enough to get your attention, exhibitors will be giving away over $20,000 in prizes including everything from yardsticks to televisions. Youâve got to come to the show in order to register to win, so donât miss out!
